Refund Policy for Unicliff

Thank you for purchasing our course, enrolling for our workshop (offline or online) and/or subscribing to our services operated by Unicliff.

Once purchased, our courses, workshops and/or services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

You can switch to a different batch for your course or workshop, whether it’s online or offline. Alternatively, you can let someone else attend in your place.

You’ll get a certificate only once, and it will be in the name of the person who completes the entire course or workshop and passes the required test or assignment.

If you have questions or want to change batches or transfer your spot to someone else, please contact us using the support emails listed in the FAQ section of the course or workshop.

You must request a batch change or participant transfer at least 48 hours before the course or workshop starts. After this deadline, no changes can be made.

If you miss the course or workshop, you will be marked as absent, and no extra access will be provided beyond the module or lesson validity. You will not be eligible for a refund.

All batch transfers, refunds, or cancellations are at the discretion of Unicliff.

Unicliff have the rights to change the refund policy anytime.
